DVS is looking for an Email Administrato r to join our team supporting an upcoming Proposal . This position will be onsite in Washington, D.C. with the potential for remote work.

Four (4) years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange, Intune, and domain administration functions.

Must have the following certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate certification.

Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, and Domain Names Services (DNS).

Experience with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues; basic messaging system administration (e-mail); PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies) repair/replacement procedures.

Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system; perform hardware and software System, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.

Responsible for backup and recovery functions.
