Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Administration team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate. The right individual for this position will help employees and brokers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Essential Functions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity as a team player and possess the ability to communicate with external/internal clients and vendors with minimal daily supervision
Manage client/prospect contact database, schedule follow-up meetings with clients and prospects, and administer marketing database
Perform business support function activities such as calendar management, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management and other general duties
Produce documents such as general correspondence, standard reports in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines
Serve as main point of contact between Research, Marketing and Brokerage, as well as coordinate each divisions’ responsibilities as they pertain to a specific task
Assist and participate as needed for industry functions or client events
Work with appropriate departments to provide assistance when needed
Work with Costar and other databases to maintain accurate listing/brokerage information
Coordinate travel arrangements
Perform clerical duties to include photocopying, mailing, faxing documents, scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years Administration experience/2 years’ experience supporting senior corporate executives
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Costar experience a plus
Knowledge of real estate licensing is a plus

Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature
Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
