Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the Meta Ads strategy for our women's athleisure brand portfolio in the European market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-performing advertising campaigns that maximize return on investment (ROI) and improve cost-per-mille (CPM) metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Meta Ads strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience of women in Europe
Leverage consumer insights and data analysis to optimize ad campaigns and improve performance over time
Work closely with the design team to create visually compelling and on-brand marketing assets for social media and digital advertising
Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive
Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams to align on overall marketing goals and initiatives
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion/retail industry
Proven track record of successfully managing Meta Ads campaigns and driving strong ROI
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Creative mindset with an understanding of visual design principles and the ability to work with designers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Passion for the women's athleisure market and stay up-to-date with consumer trends and behaviors
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
