Chukchansi Wellness, Inc. Coarsegold, California Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$21 - $23 / Hour** SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

The Retail Supervisor is an entry-level manager who has authority over Tribal Nation FlowerCompanys budtenders and their day-to-day performance. The Retail Supervisors job is to give

instructions to Retail Budtenders and take responsibility for their progress. They are responsible for the entire retail department and shifts. Retail Supervisors help Tribal Nation Flower Company ensure maximum productivity from the employees they manage, and they work with Management to interview and assess potential new workers. Retail Supervisors assist with managing employee

schedules and employee payroll. Retail Supervisors oversee employee performance issues and discipline. Retail Supervisors ensure the store operates safely for the customers. In interacting with

customers, the Retail Supervisor will usually deal with customer complaints and other feedback, have communication with vendors, and manage loss prevention. Additional Supervisor roles may include the opening and closing of the store, supervising the stocking of shelves, and ensuring the store is presentable and clean for shoppers. The Supervisors oversee coworkers; including at times other departments, based on business needs ensuring they comply with company and safety policies, Compliance/Regulations, and delegating tasks appropriately.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Keeping up with communication and knowledge posted on Slack

? Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules, and delegating tasks

? Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement

? Ensuring that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met

? Communicating with retail staff to maintain traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize customer sales and satisfaction

? Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles

? Clean the store and ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens

? Maintain the organization of sales stations and dispensary through daily upkeep

? Advise customers concerning particular products or services

? Organizing shift schedules for team members

? Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and time off

? Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary

? Handling customer issues and managing conflicts

? Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards

? All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? High school diploma / GED

? A valid State-issued Drivers License

? A Passport quality photo

? Must be 21 years of age or older

? Must successfully pass a background check

? Must successfully pass a drug test for all substances non-cannabis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bilingual (English/ Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred

? Prior cannabis knowledge, education, or certification in the cannabis industry

? 3-5 Years experience in a similar role

? Exceptional customer service skills

? Accurate data entry and record-keeping

? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email and internet applications

? Knowledge of customer marijuana policies, law, compliance, and regulations

? Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, challenging, and busy environment

? Conflict resolution skills

? Basic math skills

? Ability to solve problems promptly and deal with a variety of variables to arrive at solutions when no defined set of guidelines may exist
