Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Care Team Associates (CTA)

Ensure that patients receive personal care services based on needs and what matters most to the patient

Meet operational and growth goals, including key performance metrics

Ensure quality of services delivered meets Company standards

Ensure compliance with the law and Company policies

Qualifications:

Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred

Two or more years of healthcare leadership preferred

Strong communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient and employee needs
