Position Overview:
Currently partnering with a top VC-backed biotech to hire a motived bench scientist with expertise in cell culture techniques to join a unique group at the forefront of innovation in the developmental biology space. Qualifications:
PhD in Stem Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Cell Biology, or related field (preferred; will consider M.S. with 5+ year of relevant industry experience
3+ years experience using advanced cellular engineering techniques such as epigenetic targeting, global editing, CRISPRa, CRISPRi, and RNA-based reprogramming for iPSCs
Proficiency in various functional readout assays, such as flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and RNA sequencing
Preferred familiarity with transfection methods (using viral or non-viral vectors) for different cell types
