Some of What You'll Do:
* Contact Galpin's customers from CRM to set up appointments to review lease end options/retail renewal options. (Call, email, text)* Review lease end options with customers with an end goal of getting them into a new vehicle* Process trade-in paperwork for sales personnel* Purchase vehicles from customers on behalf of Galpin* Contact banks on behalf of Galpin and customers for payoff requests, extensions, and waivers.
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent* Flexible availability (Must be able to work weekends + Holidays)* 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite* Ability to pass preliminary background and drug screen* Have or be eligible to acquire an Occupational Sales License* Valid Driver's License* Acceptable driving record

Galpin Benefits
Pay: Base $16.78 + Commission (anticipated total annual compensation is between $76,144.02 - $83,952.63; actual total compensation will vary based on performance. This anticipated total annual compensation range is compiled by the lowest and highest earning employees at this location who remained employed the entirety of the past fiscal year for accuracy).
