Individual will ensure the completeness of the inventory of hardware, OS, DBMS and software that is used for our critical systems and tracked by the End of Life Management System (ELMS).
**What youll do**:
* Will work with ELMS, DevOps, Platform, Technology Risk and Data Center teams to assure the completeness of inventory data
* Will assist in gathering and recording the requirements for the inventory system
* Will create, maintain and support feeds in and out of the inventory system
* Monitor the inventory system to assures it is accurate
* Provide production support for the system
* Assure all code meets the requirements by creating/performing testing plans
* Assist in technical problem resolution and application support
* Participate on cross-functional teams to support business strategy
* Assist Discovery Analyst and other ELMs team members when needed
**What you bring to the table:**
* BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
* A minimum of 2 years prior work experience working in a production support or infrastructure support environment
* Successful leadership of projects and while keeping them on schedule
* Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and change management)
* Knowledge of working with third party software and systems
* Working knowledge of IT Assets (hardware, OS, DBMS, software, etc)
* Thorough knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages, and environments
* Have worked with IT resources in coordinating releases in a fast paced environment
* Ability to manage time, projects, and work priorities
* Working knowledge of scripting languages and tools (Ex. Python)
* Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments, Application deployments, Information Security, Networking, VM Ware, and SAN/NAS storage solutions
* Hands on experience with MS SQL technologies including SQL programming and SSMS/SSRS/SSIS and Power BI
* Knowledge with Web Server, Citrix and flowchart and diagramming software (Ex. Visio)
