Job Description Job Description Position Description: The Alamo is looking for a Guest Experience Floor Lead. This is a full-time position with benefits, including employer paid medical for the employee, short-term disability, paid time off, and retirement match.POSITION SCOPE
The Floor Lead will be assigned to all posts and will help our Guest Experience Associates with daily duties.DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\tHold all positions, Plaza Greeter, Courtyard Greeter, Additional Line Assist, Backdoor of Church, and other as needed. These assigned positions are ones that are easily left to cover other positions.
\tHelp close Welcome Center, Alamo Grounds, and add clicker count of EOD data page.
\tAudio Tour Box Check, if needed.
\tAnswer radio calls to give breaks and troubleshoot issues.
\tMake rounds and be sure GEA are on task. Coaching on tasks and professionalism. Note corrections.
\tLead morning meetings if GE Supervisor is out. (Pick up printed schedules, check for any call offs, go over daily schedule with staff)
\tServe as second in line for guest contact if supervisor is not available. (Training will be provided)
\tAssist in training new staff.
\tWhen supervisor is out will hold Manager on Duty tasks.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\tCustomer service and Guest service experience or similar experience in a related field
\tIdeal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels at working in a dynamic and changing environment
\tAbility to multi-task and to work well in a high-profile environment
\tStrong team-orientation and professional attitude
\tOutstanding academic and demonstrated professional performance
The work environment is an indoor /outdoor with the ability to function effectively in an ever-changing environment, stand outdoors in heat/ inclement weather for extended periods of time and deal with frequent interruptions.
$16.00 - $17.00 Hourly
