Strategic Marketing Planning

Development of key strategies and tactics for annual Social Media plan that underscore the Marketing Plan

Assist in creating Marketing Plan in collaboration with the General Manager and DOSM as well as Director of Sales

Project manage content and planning in collaboration with Brand Standards to ensure alignment with all Hotel Standards

Assist with budget planning as it relates to social media paid advertising, marketing events and digital advertising campaigns and briefs

Work closely with each hotel department to provide clear social direction, ensuring all conception and creative ideas achieve key objectives, key brand strategies and timelines, assist the Director of Restaurants and Bars with seasonal promotion planning. For example, create flyers for promos in Carousel Bar and Criollo Restaurant. Create designs for specialty menus for Criollo Holiday Events as well as Festivals and sports events. Create wall clings that are displayed in Hotel Monteleone garage and Solaris Garage. Create monthly Carousel Entertainment door signage each month.

Maintain QR codes for In-Room Dining Directory and Carouse Bar

Maintain Lobby and Criollo Digital Boards. Update images and content and reconfigure settings and templates

Maintain New Orleans and Company, Vizilly formerly Leonardo (platform that distributes across to all third-party sites). Maintain SinglePlatform (Carousel and Criollo's F&B menus are housed)

Social Media Marketing

*Community management across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other relevant social networking mediums

* Manage social media paid advertising schedule and budget; including management of Acronym relationship as it relates to social media paid advertising and website optimization

* Monitor enewsletter email box as well as manage Criollo website by adding/remove menus, update content and images. Make basic edits to content only on hotels website

* Advertisement on Carousel TV's by creating and maintaining Powerpoint displayed on TV's in the Carousel Bar

* Develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns to grow the hotel’s presence in all markets Oversee and coordinate influencer visits/photo shoots at the hotel as well as create new, on-brand photography for social media posts

Monitor local content creators and influencer relationships relevant to industry and luxury market

Prepare monthly social recap to the General Manager

Digital Metrics Assist Hotel Monteleone.com website as it pertains to marketing promotions, video, and photography

Use Revinate, TripAdvisor, Google+, Facebook to monitor reviews and organize hotel responses in collaboration with the General Manager

Create social media briefs in collaboration with General Manager to boost and promote digital campaigns.

General Meetings: Attend weekly Operations Meeting as well as conduct meetings with the General Manager, Executive Committee, Sales Team, Food and Beverage as well as other departments as directed

Fiscal Budget - Maintain monthly budget for both Marketing, excludes Sales Report and Group Travel.

Process and code all invoices

Construct fiscal budget in conjunction with General Manager and DOSM

Visual Content Storyboard and produce creative brand content, social media contentand guidelines key messages through visual storytelling: photography, video, user generated imagery, motion graphics, gifs.

Manage relationships with digital content creators (photo, video, graphic designers) to create relevant content for visual story telling.

Examples of photoshoots as follows:

Seasonal photography/video of hotel offerings, i.e. F&B Outlet Holiday Food & Beverage offerings, lobby amenities, spa offerings.

Off-site promotional events with reasonable advance scheduling, i.e. off-site Chef events, FAM Experiences, etc.
