Position Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services involves a comprehensive range of administrative duties, requiring high professionalism in all situations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of HR, requiring a high level of professionalism in all situations.

Prepares various documents, including correspondence, reports, memorandums, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Creates, maintains, and manages databases.

Maintains the department dashboard.

Answers and responds to phone calls and emails, offering assistance and ensuring customer needs are met.

Manages the calendar extensively, proactively identifying potential conflicts and providing recommendations or suggestions.

Handles high-level contacts and sensitive information with considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.

Maintain UKG home page by posting and updating employee news, births and bereavements, post update link, update documents as needed.

Anticipate Vice President's and department needs as best possible.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Minimum requirement, five years of executive support experience and high school diploma.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Advanced computer skills.

Ability to work independently.
