Overview:
Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Care Partner. Coordinates and assists the provider and nursing to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/APP or physician. Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED, required.
Experience: 2 years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR EMT current credential in appropriate state, required. Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required.
Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. Basic computer skills for documentation.
