We are seeking a strong Inside Sales, Business Development Rep Manager to help us scale and achieve our vision for success. The BDR Manager is responsible for the productivity, retention, development, and overall performance of the BDR sales team. Responsibilities include training and managing staff, appraising performance, consistent coaching and mentoring, and execution of strategic sales plans.
We are seeking candidates with prior B2B Inside Sales management experience, preferably in Fintech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or a Technology environment.
BDR Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and motivate a BDR team to consistently deliver on daily metrics, performance, and quota achievement.
Oversee outbound quality, production, and hours.
Coach and mentor through call training
Develop BDR's to advance in the Appstar career path.
Inside Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Create and implement sales plans
Exceed sales goals by measuring and managing KPI's
Analyze sales data and take action
Drive key results
Mentor and coach sales teams
Outside the box thinker, solution-oriented, idea driven
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Two to three years as a sales manager in an Inside Sales environment.
Short cycle sales a plus
Proven track record of sales results and performance
Lead by example and showcase selling skills, including closing ability, and strong sales discovery skills.
Experience in managing teams of 14+ people
