Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or debt fund transactions. This role involves working on complex transactions, including secondary market transactions, repo lines, and note sales, as well as traditional real estate finance deals.
Duties Engage in complex financial transactions, including secondary market and repo lines.
Handle traditional real estate finance transactions.
Collaborate with team members on various projects.
Work independently to manage assigned tasks.
Requirements 3-4 years of experience in real estate finance or debt fund transactions.
Strong academic background.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Skills Proficiency in handling complex financial transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
