As an Estimator, you will:
Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Prepare General Conditions and establish baseline schedules for subcontractors or self-performing teams.
Track project costs and conduct research to determine project requirements in terms of money, materials, labor, and time.

Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, write, and execute all subcontract agreements.
Relocate to or near Sacramento, if necessary.
Utilize strong communication skills to work effectively in a team and serve clients.
Review and understand drawings and specifications, ensuring constructibility.
Your Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, or architecture.
Degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (e.g., mechanical or civil engineering, construction tech, interior design, business administration) is preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Background in Division 9 (Framing or Drywall) is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods.
Estimating experience with state/local projects such as school libraries, DMVs, veterans homes, homeless shelters, parks, and research buildings.
Compensation and Hours
Salary: $90-110K
Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday in Roseville, CA
