How you will contribute:Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staffUsing previous experience, oversee documenting, testing and review of applicable internal controls over financial reporting allowing for identification of gaps in control design or operation and best practicesDesign and execute a risk-based substantive audit approach based on knowledge of internal control structureAdequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentationConsistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement, providing timely solutions and consultationManaging multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control, and within scheduled deadlinesManaging multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needsBuild personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities including proposal preparation and deliveryLeading audit committee meetings and presentationsParticipating in speaking and article writing opportunitiesCompleting CPE specific to assigned industriesTraveling to serve clients as necessaryWe are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
