In this role, you will engage with peers on-site three days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work two day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage multiple projects in a dynamic project-based environment
Lead project teams through moderate-risk initiatives with clear resource needs
Drive impactful changes across customer operations and service functions
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and business cases
Communicate progress effectively and lead meetings to achieve project milestones
Champion change management initiatives with confidence and assertiveness
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring accountability for project activities
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality solutions
Propose enhancements for tools and processes to optimize project outcomes
Build strong relationships with project teams and client stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
A minimum of 4 years of technical project management experience
Six Sigma, Lean, TQM or process improvement experience
Flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)
Up to 20% travel may be required (domestic and/or international)
Preferred:
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Transportation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Communicates complex ideas persuasively, anticipating objections and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills, adept at listening and facilitating discussions
Effectively explains sensitive information to build consensus
Organizes, designs, develops, and delivers projects for diverse audiences
Collaborates effectively with internal and external subject matter experts
Thrives in a continuous improvement environment
Experience with lean processes and tools (e.g., value stream mapping, A3 project management, visual management, Pareto Analysis, fishbone diagrams)
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver with minimal oversight
Direct experience working with customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
