Vice President of Mid-Market & Yieldify Sales

Accountability
This position will report into the President, Mid-Market & Yieldify. Performance will be evaluated through successful building of the sales pipeline, moving clients towards a signed contract, SaaS revenue generated through client launch, growth, and expansion across the Americas
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Research - Pre-Sales, Outreach, & Pipeline Drive targeted sales outreach through: Client & Industry financial performance and key initiatives
Existing monetization tech
Key contacts to target outreach
Introduction opportunities through common connections to key contacts
Hubspot / CRM updates
Organization of outreach and follow up cadence
Contribute and own accountability for Americas new client pipeline
Pitching Lead the Sales team to build and present effectively, supported by: Working with the Creative / Sales Support team to create branded demos and capability decks
Preparation for the intro meeting by researching the client contacts and prepping the sales team
Meeting recap and organization next steps
Coordination with Legal for NDAs
Strategizing with subsequent presentations and pulling in cross-functional subject matter experts as needed
Ensuring follow ups are happening effectively and on-time
Getting from "Yes" to Contract Signature and Onboarding Transition Coordination with internal Legal team to ensure quick legal review and turnaround
Managing early onboarding that can happen concurrently, including coordination with internal technical leads.
Creating a new client handoff package to ensure a smooth transition to the head of Onboarding and Client Services Lead.
Additional Responsibilities include: Team reporting
Finding areas of efficiency for team success
Internal collaboration with product teams to provide feedback for the roadmap and quantifying new features.
Strengths
With a focus on strategy and support with operational processes, this role will require:
Working knowledge of eCommerce and onsite software utilized by transactional websites and digital monetization programs
Proficient knowledge in digital ad monetization
Ability to build presentations with a clear story and value proposition
Strong leadership and collaboration qualities - trust, loyalty, empathy, forward thinking, self-starter
Clear, concise and supportive communication skills to support collaboration across all levels of the company
Strong organization skills - proving the ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to problem solve focused on being solution oriented
Work Experience
10+ years' experience as a Sales Leader (Director and above) with ownership of a new business quota
10+ years' experience with cross-functional collaboration, including creative and technical
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, in a related field preferred (i.e. Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, etc.)
