The Impact You Will Make

Develop and execute revenue operations strategies to drive growth and profitability while supporting corporate accounts’ sales, client success, and marketing leadership team

Initiate and drive major projects involving data collection, analysis, and investigation, develop recommendations, advocate initiatives, and create a model for implementation. The range of projects may include areas such as territory utilization projects, sales rep analysis, pipeline analytics, client segmentation, documenting best practice sales processes, and more

Identify and implement revenue optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis and strategic initiatives.

Connect the dots between activities and business outcomes across the sales and client success organization, enabling hyper-growth and predictable revenue

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize revenue generation processes and initiatives to drive consistent and scalable growth across the entire revenue cycle

With leadership, ideate, set, and drive the Corporate Accounts OKR and KPI process and tracking direction and strategy with the sales and client success teams, by aligning sales, client success, and marketing to meet and exceed goals

Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review process, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders

Oversee annual Corporate Kickoff event and agenda, driving focused, revenue-impacting content

Implement and maintain revenue management tools, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in revenue tracking and reporting

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform revenue strategy and decision-making.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the revenue operations team

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in revenue management, operations, or related roles, preferably in the technology or food industry.

5+ years of leadership experience

Proven track record of successfully leading revenue operations initiatives and driving measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated leadership ability with experience hiring, managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term goals.

Must be focused, organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.

Proficiency in revenue management tools, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.

Familiarity with SQL (fluency a plus).
