This position will also be expected to play a hands on role when executing the vision of the company's IT goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and projects effectively
- Oversee network security, system design, and software development
- Lead the IT team in system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as PCI
- Implement risk management practices to safeguard data and systems
- Provide senior leadership with IT recommendations and insights
- Stay current with technological advancements to drive innovation within the organization
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Extensive experience in network security, system design, software development, SQL, and virtualization
- Strong background in senior leadership roles within IT departments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects and teams effectively
