Requisition Summary Exciting opportunity to join the TRP Development team to help expand the TRP store network of over 100 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The TRP Region Development Manager is key to the expansion of the TRP Store network and responsible for identifying and qualifying internal and external partners to grow the TRP store network in an assigned region of the U.S. and Canada. This role will work with TRP Partners (Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, and Independent Service Providers) to identify opportunities for the expansion of TRP Parts and Service Stores. Additionally, this position will collaborate with the TRP store leadership teams to assist them with business planning to maximize customer uptime, customer satisfaction and profitability. Job Responsibilities Identify network expansion opportunities to TRP Partners and assist them with establishing high quality TRP stores, and mobile service representation. Work successfully with Kenworth and Peterbilt Dealer Development, financial, leasing, legal, and credit divisions to help continuouslyimprove dealer performance and profits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key TRP Partners personnel, primarily owners, CFOs, and senior management. Recommend appropriate actions to achieve desired performance results. Manage TRP contract renewal process for all TRP Partners in assigned region. Develop strong understanding of store financial and business operations. Collaborate with assigned TRP Partners to improve service excellence through published PACCAR programs. Assist in the develop of financial proforma models to assist TRP Partners in developing successful business strategies. Identify and qualify candidates to fill open market opportunities. Serve as a business consultant to TRP Partners to improve customer support, PACCAR performance, and store profitability. Champion TRP's Facility Standards consistently across assigned territories. Skills / Competencies: Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field required.MBA highly desired. Minimum 7 years related business experience required. Experience in territory development, small business consulting, credit analysis, or dealership management in commercial truck or heavy-duty equipment industry highly desired. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required. Outstanding ability to articulate ideas and thoughts, both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proficiency in building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients. Strong negotiation skills Travel 40% - 60% within the US and Canada.
