Responsibilities Help define sales strategy for Mid-Market “Land & Expand” sales and enterprise sales and set the table for massive growth
Determine and lead sales prioritization and strategy to meet sales goals on both a quarterly and annual basis -- you'll own the new business revenue and gross margin quotas
Be a key thought partner as part of HireArt’s leadership team as it relates to both short-term and long-term sales strategy, go-to-market strategy, messaging, segmentation, and product strategy
Own expansion of HireArt’s customer base by coaching Account Executives, building and maintaining key relationships, and taking new products to market
Maintain a deep understanding of the contract staffing and employer of record industry
Accurately forecast and report on pipelines
Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, Product, Recruiting and Strategic Partnerships teams to maximize sales funnel effectiveness
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to create an Enterprise Sales & Revenue Strategy
Continuously review our sales team to identify skills gaps and identify areas of improvement
Work with internal and external resources to continuously deliver training to close the skill gaps
Compensation: own and work closely with the finance team to ensure HireArt's sales incentive compensation drives Account Executives to meet and exceed their individual and team sales goals
Total compensation for this role is made up of a base salary range of $225,000 - $275,000, equity, bonus, and a full benefits package that includes:
100% employer covered insurance premiums

Workspace/home office set up

HireArt is looking for a Vice President of Sales to build and lead our B2B sales organization. We’re building an end-to-end platform to source, employ, and manage a W2 contingent workforce. We're growing rapidly (Deloitte ranked us the 66th fastest growing technology company in 2020, and Inc. Magazine ranked us #223) and are looking for a seasoned, player-coach Sales leader to grow our roster of... clients, build our sales organization, and play a key role in HireArt owning a substantial piece of a $200 billion dollar industry.

The role will report directly to Chris, our Co-founder and CRO, and will help define our sales playbook, grow our team of 4 Account Executives to 15 this year, and become a key member of our leadership team.
