Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a master of demand generation, sales enablement, and storytelling with a robust background in startup environments, preferably within the SaaS and/or marketing sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with a knack for data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. Your contributions will be crucial in scaling our revenue, driving market penetration for our innovative products, and furthering our mission to empower marketers.

You will report into the Chief Executive Officer, work closely with sales and product teams, and have management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance awareness of our products and innovations.

Lead demand generation campaigns, utilizing HubSpot to its fullest potential to ensure market share growth and increased customer engagement.

Implement sales enablement strategies that empower the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed for success.

Oversee the production of all marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand's message and goals.

Analyze marketing data and trends to adjust strategies and plans, ensuring they meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.

Work closely with product development to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and market needs.

Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Excel in using marketing data to inform and justify strategies, demonstrating an analytical approach to market trends and campaign performance.

Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in marketing

Proven experience in a Head of Marketing or related role, with significant accomplishments in demand generation and sales enablement.

Expertise in using HubSpot (or a similar product) for marketing automation and CRM functions.

Strong knowledge of web and digital analytics tools and marketing technology

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Strong background in data analysis with an ability to leverage marketing data to drive strategic decisions.

Experience in the SaaS and/or marketing industry preferred.

Demonstrated ability in developing strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects.

Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits. Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Stagwell and the location where you work.
