Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and expand market presence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Manage marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and media contacts.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of team management in the recruiting tech/ATS/talent acquisition/job board platform space
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
