Yardi is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing efforts for our newest suite of products designed to elevate the resident experience and simplify move-ins. The Resident Services product suite includes products and offers designed for residents to enhance the resident experience, including renters' insurance, power, Wi-Fi, rent reporting and other offers from affiliate partners and third-party sponsorships. In this role, you will develop and execute direct-to-resident multi-channel campaigns to enable property management companies to market offers and services to their residents. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead a team that collaborates with internal and external parties to build and implement a consumer strategy that engages and monetizes the resident experience.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaign strategy with a comprehensive understanding of consumer/resident needs, motivations, and preferences
Develops and manages direct-to-consumer (B2C) communications across multiple channels (social media, Google Ads, email, etc.)
Oversees and prioritizes marketing activities and ensures all cross-channel activities align with the business unit's strategic objectives
Collaborates with internal and external partners to implement and evolve a consumer marketing strategy to enhance the resident experience
Manages and analyzes resident data, identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience and personalize marketing campaigns
Ensures quality production and on-time delivery of all marketing collateral.
Develops and implements testing strategies to track marketing campaign performance, analyze financial impact, and optimize campaign development.
Presents financial performance results and analysis to leadership on an as-needed, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Leads and manages a team of marketing professionals, communicates individual and team goals, develops skills, and shares knowledge
Conducts annual performance appraisals of team members and special appraisals as needed
Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Seven (7) years of experience planning and executing consumer marketing strategies
Proven track record generating and capturing product demand through data-driven marketing
Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
Ability to lead a team and develop talent
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex concepts and ideas
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and editing skills
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
Proficiency with project management and client relationship management (CRM) software
• Advanced knowledge of performance tracking, data analysis and reporting
Proven success interpreting data and telling the story through data
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications
