Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a person of faith with a deep understanding of the New Testament and a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing analytics, product management, community management, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The Nazarene.

- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

- Create and curate engaging content to drive traffic and engagement.

- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

3. Marketing Analytics:

- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

4. Product Management Strategies:

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall vision and goals of The Nazarene.

- Develop and manage product launch plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.

- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

5. Community Management:

- Engage with the community, including participants, local churches, and other stakeholders.

- Foster positive relationships and build a strong community around The Nazarene.

- Address and resolve any community concerns or feedback.

6. Partnerships:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the visibility and reach of The Nazarene.

- Collaborate with local businesses, religious organizations, and influencers to create mutually beneficial relationships.

- Manage partnership agreements and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.

7. Other Marketing Tasks:

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and videos.

- Coordinate and manage events, such as press conferences, open houses, and promotional events.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the entertainment or religious sector.

Strong understanding and personal connection to the New Testament.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
