Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Onsite
Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager (Mid-Level) include:
Project Execution: Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Business Management: Handle contract negotiations, procurement, and subcontractor management to optimize project performance.
Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and motivate team members, including assistant project managers and superintendents, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are met.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and materials. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Qualifications of the Construction Project Manager (Mid-Level) include:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proven track record in managing healthcare and higher education construction projects is a must; life science experience is a plus.
Commercial construction experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
