Network Management:
Manage the hotel's network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the property.
Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize speed and reliability.
IT Infrastructure Planning and Implementation:
Collaborate with hotel management to assess IT needs and develop strategies for implementing new technologies or upgrading existing systems.
Plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, installations, or expansions, within established timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed to procure IT equipment, software, or services.
User Training and Documentation:

Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and user guides to assist staff in utilizing IT resources effectively.
Compliance and Data Security:

Vendor Management:

Qualifications:
Wage Scale is $70,600 - $88,100 DOE.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, and software applications.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in cybersecurity.
Certification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
