SUMMARY : This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting, and calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; any additional assignments requested. All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of food manufacturing experience or other QA type experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem identification and problem solving skills; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when needed.
Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more).

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 2PM - 11PM
This role is located at our Dallas Plant in Dallas, TX.

Must reside in the United States.

•No written warning in the past six (6) months
•No suspension on record for the last 12 months
