Charti.io is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to help support the requirements identification, analysis, and performance reporting of Digital Marketing projects across key clients. The candidate needs to be an analytical thinker with digital marketing experience, across channels, that also has experience working in an Agency setting, working directly with clients and vendor partners.
The Digital Marketing Analyst helps our clients achieve increased marketing efficiencies and effectiveness across various marketing strategies and channels. This role is responsible for executing and analyzing marketing initiatives, based on client needs & expected outcomes, focusing on both growth and retention objectives across B2B and B2C clients. Technology experience includes Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence (BI) Platforms, Reporting Dashboards, Campaign management platforms, & analytics platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the creation of Digital Marketing Strategies and Media plans that drive clear and measurable business impact
Collecting and analyzing campaign performance, and web analytics data to drive future optimizations
Working directly with Digital Marketing leads and managers to support marketing efforts
Working hands-on with digital marketing platforms across Social and Search Marketing (e.g. Linkedin ad manager and Google ad manager)
Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
Creating and managing dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, technologies, and approaches
Nice-to-have
Ability to test different audiences, placements, solutions, and creative, including structured A/B tests. Familiar with UTM parameters that allow for accurate tracking and measurement
Familiarity with Product Analytics Platforms (e.g. Mixpanel)
Familiarity with data management platforms (CDP’s, DMPs, etc)
Experience with ABM (Account Based Marketing) for B2B strategies, execution, analysis and measurement. Platforms such as Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, Leadspace & Triblio.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience: 2-4+ years experience in digital marketing & media planning
Comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience managing the following ad platforms: Google Ad Manager, Bing Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Facebook \ Instagram Ad Manager, YouTube
Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics,Adobe Analytics and Data Studio
Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
Advanced Excel skills in pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and manipulating data to identify trends
Exemplifies sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and work efficiently to operate in a fast-paced, environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
