Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
