Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tools, resources, and innovative techniques to proactively source and attract top-tier candidates
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition creation, through offer acceptance and onboarding
Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations
Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights
Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process continually
