Scope of project:
Our client is redesigning their auto lending underwriting and funding platform. They primarily provides auto lending through dealers instead of direct loans to customers. The current underwriting systems is a 35 year old green screen system and they are creating a new one. There are 2 threads of work.
They need to get the code and logic out of legacy system that underwrites the loans. They take that to put in into the new system. The users of the new system will be client employees and underwriters.
The Second thread of work is for funding the loan. Once the Underwriting process is done and the loan has been selected it moves to the funding process. Every state has different forms and nuances for auto loan standards. This teams needs a UX Designer that can potentially help on both the underwriting and funding side
