Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with strong data science capabilities. While this role is remote, it will require a presence in New Orleans or other company locations several times per year. This role reports to the CFO and has direct involvement in supporting analysis needs for all departments in the company. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial models and establishing and maintaining a data source of truth for the company. A large focus area of this role will be to support all core supply chain activities with analytics models, visualizations and dashboards. Additionally, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will provide strategic insights into financial performance to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Financial Planning, Finance, and Analytical Skills
Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting and Financial Modeling
Subject matter expert for data analytics and data engineering;
Ability to lead data mining leveraging SQL; database and data mart development (i.e. SQL Server, My SQL...)
Experience in creating visualizations in a business intelligence platform such as PowerBI, Tableau or Domo (Triton currently uses Domo)
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field; MBA or Master of Business Analytics preferred
Experience in a similar role within the construction or building products industry is preferred but not necessary
