Job Summary
This job will work closely with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer, as well as operations to develop, maintain, and distribute key financial and analytical reports. Collect, analyze, and convert complex raw data and comprehensive information into written reports.
Prepare analytical reports to monitor business trends including revenues, transaction volume, labor, cost of goods, and other operating expenses
Prepare and maintain inventory of financial reports utilized by the organization
Assist Controller with preparation of annual operating budget and tracking budget variances during performance periods
Track progress against Company’s Strategic Plan
Routinely prepare executive presentations utilizing Power Point
Ensure success of key operating projects/initiatives through project management and administrative support
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis pertaining to business trends, market conditions, and capital purchases
