CoralTree is seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the success of Hotel Polaris – a one-in-a-lifetime property opening in the fall of 2024. The National Sales Manager is responsible for generating conference business from a national market, maximization of sales, development of potential markets and sound administration of assigned responsibilities through sensible delegation and personal attention to detail. Responsibilities
Embark on Strategic Visits: Proactively engage in personal visits to key areas, dynamically connecting with companies and associations in specific markets for impactful business development.
Champion Event Bookings: Skillfully secure meetings, conferences, and social gatherings from designated regions, showcasing the exquisite offerings of Hotel Polaris.
Drive Direct Sales: Allocate a significant portion of your time to telephone sales efforts, directly reaching out to potential clients with persuasive communication.
Revitalize Client Relationships: Manage and update existing account files while pursuing new accounts to expand our clientele base.
Excel in Correspondence: Promptly respond to all communications from assigned areas, meticulously tracking and following up to ensure top-tier client engagement.
Engage in Industry Events: Actively participate in relevant trade shows and meetings, enhancing your industry knowledge and network through association memberships.
Foster Corporate Connections: Maintain continuous, dynamic interaction with corporate planners, ensuring enduring and fruitful relationships.
Master Two-Way Communication: Engage in meaningful conversations through phone, email, and social platforms, fostering a vibrant dialogue with clients.
Cultivate Interdepartmental Synergy: Build and maintain robust working relationships with departments integral to servicing convention groups, ensuring seamless operations.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry shifts and suggest innovative operational changes to place Hotel Polaris at the forefront.
Accurate Forecasting: Maintain precise forecast and recap information, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Showcase the Property: Arrange and conduct comprehensive site inspections and tours, highlighting the unique allure of our entire property.
Be an Amenity Expert: Continuously update your knowledge of all resort amenities and special events, becoming a walking encyclopedia of Hotel Polaris.
Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience at a property with at least 200 rooms and over 10,000 Sq. Ft. of meeting space.
Healthily aggressive, outgoing, and self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to function in high impact customer situations.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days including weekends, holidays and variable shift times when necessary.

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000/yr. + bonus
