Transformation Project Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue operations and driving our Enterprise Sales business transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in revenue operations, project management, and process improvement, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects within cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
Lead the management of all projects and initiatives associated with the RevOps team, including the roadmap, milestones, business discovery, organization, prioritization, documentation writing, and flowchart management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline revenue operations processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize revenue generation opportunities.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project progress, performance, and impact on business outcomes.
Provide regular updates and reporting on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Who You Are:
Progressive years of experience in revenue operations, project management, or business transformation roles, preferably in a technology or software industry.
Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and best practices, including sales operations, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation through execution and delivery, on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
Salesforce knowledge is essential.
Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience as a business analyst is a plus.
