Customer Support- Knowledge Management Specialist (f/m/d)

****Responsibilities****
**You Can/Will:**
This role will support the customer facing teams by ensuring our knowledge base is kept up to date with the best possible content in all markets. This role will help deflect support cases and build insights into what our customers are having questions/issues with.
* Manages all article creation, revision, and translations on our Zendesk platform.
* Works to process inbound feedback about articles and update accordingly.
* Align with the product team to ensure articles are updated in relation to new feature role outs
* Report on usage, views and updates.
* Work with the customer support team to ensure support deflections are maximized through knowledge content.
* Provide feedback on community pages/comments and align with internal contacts to coordinate feedback as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills . An appreciation for quality content and the ability to create it . Ability to multitask and take on multiple assignments . Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.

* Able to create simple and easy to follow documentation sets from complicated process/procedures.
* Created product documentation.
* Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets when needed .
