About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President and General Manager, Operations for the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be a senior operating leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing both short and long-term tactical and strategic plans. This role is pivotal in driving and growing the business, ensuring safety metrics and objectives are met, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. The Vice President and General Manager will be responsible for the overall health and profitability of the business, including the development and control of annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. They will also manage direct customer relationships, support commercial development, and lead continuous improvement projects. Key competencies for this position include strategic thinking, business perspective, and strong leadership skills to align with the organization's vision and values.Applicants for the Vice President and General Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing technical field operations in the electrical industry and hold an undergraduate degree in business administration or engineering.
