Job Summary
The System Administrator will work in an ITIL environment that supports the end-users, infrastructure systems, and applications. The position will also involve system maintenance and backups to keep the business applications operational, Network and Azure cloud environment administration. Responsible for Virtual and physical machines in Azure , VMWARE,&Hyper-V. Additional network responsibilities for Cisco Meraki, Wireless Controllers, and access points. Support for Microsoft Teams Phones will be critical for this role. This position will observe the 40/20/40 Rule - Tickets / Maintenance / Projects.

Responsibilities and Duties
Service Desk Ticketing System:
Create tickets from phone calls and emails
Create solution articles in the ticketing system
Fix ticket information (Site, Priority, Categories, etc.)
Create Problem tickets for unresolvable incidents
Manage inventory in Other Assets
Infrastructure:
Windows system imaging and setup
Manage VMWARE ESX Hosts and Virtual Machines
Manage O365 and Azure Tenants and Virtual Machines
Manage Microsoft Teams Phones
Manage Microsoft's Intune for computer enrollment and device management.
Package and ship equipment to locations
Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems remotely
Manage Email Gateway (Mimecast)
Patch Management of Systems and Servers Monthly
Manage Meraki, Cisco, and Aruba Network Infrastructures
Build out new Aruba networks and Teams Phones
Maintain all office technologies (TVs, cabling, computers, printers, scanners, projects, etc.)
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in work experience
4+ years of experience in an infrastructure role covering the job responsibilities
Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, MS Servers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Printer Sharing, and VMWARE
Understanding of Cisco Meraki routers, Cisco Wi-Fi controllers and their attached AP's.
Use of Microsoft Teams file sharing, administration, VoIP, and call queues.
Willingness to grow and learn additional technologies as they are adopted
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure under pressure.
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to take assigned projects to successful completion.
Good organizational skills
Ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous testing.
