Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid; 2-days remote)
Base Salary: Up to $120,000; OTE: $200,000

Position Summary:
Unlimited Labor Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee the sales team and processes, managing a team responsible for both new business development and account management/current client growth. With 2-3 direct reports, you will champion and achieve company growth targets, playing a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Unlimited Labor Solutions' exceptional workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales team and processes, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of sales targets and company growth objectives.
Team Management: Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports responsible for new business development and account management/current client growth.
Business Development: Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact for Unlimited Labor Solutions' services.
H2-B Visa Program Expertise: Provide high-level advice to clients on the H2-B Visa program, ensuring they understand the process and benefits.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including working with SDRs for prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the President and executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Knowledge of the labor solutions industry is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business success.
