Service Support Specialist

Responsible for business development and client retention for the specified geographical region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Account Management for assigned facilities in region, including performing quarterly Care Reviews with facility contacts
Generates leads by requesting facility information and resident information to meet specified production goals.
Sign eligible residents up for ancillary services offered in that facility
Functions as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
Possesses thorough knowledge of industry and product information.
Possesses excellent organizational, problem resolution, consultative sales, verbal and written communication skills.
Promotes company endorsed programs and services within assigned portfolio of targets.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Education & Training Requirements Possess or the ability to pass exam to acquire a state-issued Health Insurance license
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
Two to three years related experience or equivalent.
Equivalent combination of education and experience
