**Summary**

DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group. This is a non-partnership track position open to the Philadelphia and Short Hills offices.

**Education**

+ JD

**Bar Admission**

+ Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania

+ Admitted to practice in New Jersey

**Experience**

+ 3 to 6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts

+ Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.

**General & Essential Job Expectations**

**Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements**

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

**Work Environment**

+ Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate)

+ Some travel required
