Director, Client Solutions

Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target market, leveraging networks, referrals, and industry insights to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities; partner with business leaders/practitioners to develop customized solutions and deliver maximum value.

Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets and objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.
