Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will continually develop and implement long-term strategic plans to align with company goals, research improvements, create proposals, and establish new processes and procedures related to the Supply Chain. You will lead the Supply Chain team, managing and developing workforce throughout all phases of the employee lifecycle. This includes coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of effective KPIs and annual goals. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to maintain resources needed for an effective supply chain. You will be responsible for the successful management and continuous improvement of supplier management processes, commodity strategy for product lines, supply chain data and analysis, supply and material inventory levels, and shipment and transportation routes. Additionally, you will oversee supplier contracts, assess the need for material-handling equipment and staffing, and ensure compliance with all international laws and regulations regarding global trade requirements.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Everett, Washington.
Work Environment
100% onsite in a professional office environment. The role involves regular use of standard office equipment. The noise level is moderate and not exposed to weather conditions. Work hours include a bi-weekly schedule alternating between 36 and 44 hours.
