As the Product Manager of Biomaterials at GCA, you will hold a pivotal position in defining and implementing the strategic direction of GCA's Biomaterials division. Your primary focus will involve crafting and executing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies aimed at fostering the growth of our Biomaterials portfolio. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional collaboration abilities, and an unwavering passion for driving innovation and excellence in the field of dental biomaterials.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management :
Assume responsibility for the matrix P&L of GCA Biomaterials business, with a primary focus on achieving both sales & EBIT financial targets.
Manage the marketing budget to support the Biomaterials business with an emphasis on improving marketing efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Matrix leadership: Able to operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure, bringing together all stakeholders to execute the business plan and key initiatives.
Business Strategy : Create a comprehensive business plan and GTM strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, including GCIAG partners.
Define clear business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop marketing initiatives to increase product trials and foster customer/brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing communications (marcomm) team to create a media plan to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
Work closely with the sales team to establish an effective sales call plan, including key account management and new user acquisition strategies.
Product Launch/On-Market Assets : Develop launch strategies and plans by collaborating with GCIAG key stakeholders by leveraging global resources to support the launch. Take responsibility and ownership for local execution and delivery of short-term and long-term targets.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
KOL Development : Work with the customer education and KOL management team to identify emerging KOLs among loyal GCA customers who align with GCA's vision and values.
Help recruit these emerging KOLs to strengthen the GCA KOL network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing KOLs to facilitate long-term growth.
Collaborate with the customer education and KOL management team to develop an education plan that supports our business goals.
Collaborate with the sales and customer education and KOL management team to establish a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advisory board for collecting customer, category, and market insights.
In-Market Strategic Pricing Guidelines : Develop the pricing strategy by working closely with GCIAG, sales team, finance team, sales operation team, to enhance the brand's value proposition, align with the GCA financial Hoshin and drive sustainable business growth.

Promotion plan development and execution : Create different promotion campaigns and monitor their performance to help achieve the business goal, such as new user acquisition, cross-selling, lapsed user win-back, etc.
Sales Enablement : Work with the GCIAG Biomaterials team to create and optimize sales enablement tools to support the sales team, including product brochures, datasheets, and sales presentations.
Work with the GCIAG Biomaterials team to develop battle cards and other product documentation to empower the sales team.
Market Research : Initiate market research efforts to gather insights from customers (Voice of Customer) to refine innovation concepts, optimize brand messaging, and create effective sales talk tracks.
Focus on improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), increasing brand awareness, and driving product trial.
Other Duties : Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned or requested.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of marketing, product management, or brand management experience.
Proven track record in marketing leadership with P&L responsibility.
Strong customer-centric mindset.
Exceptional strategic thinking and business planning skills.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Effective leadership and collaboration abilities, especially in a matrix organization.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and think creatively.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Experience in the dental industry and biomaterials is a plus.
