Labor & Employment Associate - Chicago, IL

**Description:** Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Chicago, IL office for a Labor & Employment Associate with three to five years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of employment litigation.We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

**Qualifications:** Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

+ Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.

+ Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings and motions.

+ Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

+ Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

**VISUAL ACUITY**

+ Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
