Role Description
Responsibilities include working on various client projects and help gather business requirements by interacting with the business users
Requires a bachelor's degree in Technology or related areas and at least 4 years of experience in the business/requirement analysis. Familiar with a variety of the financial services concept, practices and operations. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities:
Discuss and elicit business requirements from the stake holder
Document the requirements/ business process flow in the form of user stories
Communicate the business requirement to the development teams
Help the development teams by doing data profiling and identifying sources for specific data elements
Resolve the development and QA team queries about the business requirements
Perform first level of business validation post development to ensure the development is as per the requirements
Demo the developed functionality to the business users before UAT and capture user feedback
Must have : 6+ experience in Business Analysis.
Experience in FSC, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Experience cloud.
Experience in the Wealth Management domain
Nice to Have:
Advance SQL/ Data Analysis skills
