JOB DESCRIPTION Monitor and field incoming customer phone calls, emails and web chats, assist and take phone orders in a courteous, professional manner. Work closely with other CheapesTees.com internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with each and every order and every customer contact. JOBREQUIREMENTS Strong computer skills, working knowledge of the Mac environment
Strong organizational skills, capable of working quickly and accurately
Good analytical skills and attention to detail is a must
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone, and written communication skills
Friendly & personable
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Customer Service experience a must
Upbeat, friendly personality and "can-do" attitude
Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
College Degree Preferred But Not Required
PAY & HOURS Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position.
