Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Directs and implements the organization?s advertising and promotional activities.
Design and administer email and social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and align with internal and vendor marketing standards.
Design print and digital products for all company marketing channels, including website, email, social media, clinic signage and print advertising.
Produces and facilitates monthly reporting of all marketing platform performance.
Works with external vendors and third parties to develop and maintain positive relationships.
Implement and manage customer satisfaction surveys.
Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
Fully support and assist the organization and execution of all special events, including but not limited to budgeting, marketing, logistics, employee oversight and quality control.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Work Location: Must be willing to travel within greater Charlotte area
Full Time
Pay Range:
$60,000-$70,000
